How it works: Creative Consumers® associates spend 6 hours visiting multiple channels to uncover products in your category that are both mainstream and emerging. Compiling photos and captions that explain how the products caught their attention, consumers map the products together in a way that brings the consumer-product lens to life. Plus, with a budget to buy 5-6 products and bring them home to experience, you’ll get competitive feedback directly from your consumers, along with ways of improving the experience. The exploration ends with an idea generation exercise specifically focused on your brand.

A two-part ITG Ignite story with Gen Z consumers, this engagement was focused on identifying what brands can do that resonates with teenagers.

 

20 consumers completed an Inspire® Consumer Insight Accelerator survey around their sleep habits, uploading unique images to bring their answers to life. The survey went hand-in-hand with a consumer homework assignment, resulting in rich, new market opportunities for sleep products.

With an Expert Expansion and Creative Consumers® associates, this ITG Ignite story broadened the scope of possibilities through consumer insights and adjacent stimulus.
